Genius Docket LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation in court, or legal services regulated by state bar associations. Our services are strictly limited to document preparation, administrative support, and procedural guidance provided by experienced paralegals.

You understand and agree that:

• No attorney-client relationship is formed by using our site or services.

• You will not receive legal advice from Genius Docket or any of its team members.

• If legal advice or representation is required, we may refer you to a licensed attorney from our network, but you are responsible for engaging them independently.

2. Use of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, or noncompliance with our policies.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments for services must be made in full prior to commencement.

All payments are final and non-refundable once the onboarding call has taken place and work has commenced. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases where no service was rendered.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genius Docket LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genius Docket LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

5. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
